WellFit Consultancy are experts with a background in physical therapy and exercise science. While majoring in physical therapy, we studied more about exercise science and worked as personal trainers, with a special interest in office and computer workers dealing with musculoskeletal pain, most commonly neck and back pain. We expanded our interest and knowledge about the issues office and computer workers face by becoming certified ergonomic specialists by Colorado State University.
