Vendor Listing Guidelines and Instructions

This form is designed to collect your information to list your brand as a Benefits Vendor on the eBen Partners Network (ePN).

 

What you need to prepare

• Brand logo (File format: PNG).

• The contact information of your Account Administrator.

• A Brief Description of your Brand (Text).

• Your Valid Trade License.

• Your Vendor Administrator Information.

• Your Social Media URLs.

• A minimum 1-minute YouTube promotional Video that should include the following script parts:

1. Mandatory Header: Opening statement

“Hi, this is Michel Smith, the CEO of XYZ company. We are very delighted to be present on your Benefits Centre so you can benefit from our exclusive discounts.”

2. Body: Details of your offer.

- Provide a brief description of the Company (Brand).

- What differentiates your Brand - Why us?

- Added value: What’s your edge?

- Mention the discount users can get.

3. Mandatory Footer: Closing sentence

“Visit your Benefits Centre to find out more about us.”

All communication needs to be related to the Benefits Centre as a platform and not directed to eBen.

Videos without a header or footer will be rejected!
