Duration: 13 Weeks

 

GAP runs over a focused 13-week period, balancing structured learning with real-time contribution. Each week is intentionally designed to build momentum, from onboarding and skill-building to project execution and reflection.

Completion Bonus

 

While the program is a learning-first experience, GAP participants receive a completion bonus upon successful graduation. This bonus reflects eBen’s belief in recognizing effort, impact, and commitment to growth.

Program Completion Certificate

 

Every associate who successfully completes the program is awarded an official eBen GAP Certificate, signifying their readiness to take on greater responsibilities and their alignment with eBen’s core values and business standards.

12 Skill Development Modules

 

GAP includes 12 structured modules covering essential professional and soft skills, including communication, collaboration, time management, design thinking, problem-solving, and client empathy. These modules are delivered through workshops, discussions, and real-time challenges.

On-the-Job Assignments

 

Each participant is embedded within a team and works on live assignments aligned with eBen’s real business needs. Whether in operations, marketing, HR, or product, these tasks create immediate value and expose associates to cross-functional collaboration.

Individual Project

 

By the end of the program, every associate delivers an individual capstone project—a focused, practical challenge that showcases their growth, critical thinking, and potential to contribute to eBen’s future. Projects are presented to team leads and selected company leaders.

A$ET (Active Sales Engagement Team) is eBen’s high-energy, project-based sales program designed for young professionals eager to launch or advance their careers in the world of business development.
 
Built for speed, learning, and results, A$ET offers a unique chance to gain hands-on sales experience while representing a purpose-driven brand that’s reshaping how organizations engage with their people.
 
Unlike traditional sales roles, A$ET is structured around short-term, high-impact projects—allowing participants to dive into real sales campaigns, engage with prospects, and learn the essentials of B2B outreach and relationship building. Each project cycle is outcome-focused and time-bound, making it ideal for students, recent graduates, or early-career individuals looking for a flexible and rewarding entry point into tech-enabled sales.
Members of A$ET are not just contributors—they’re seen as future growth drivers. Participants receive training in communication, CRM usage, pipeline management, and value-based selling. As they deliver results, they gain visibility and mentorship from senior leaders, paving the way for personal growth, network expansion, and deeper integration into eBen’s commercial ecosystem.
 
Many A$ET contributors go on to secure long-term opportunities within eBen, whether in full-time sales roles, partnerships, or customer success. The program serves as both a proving ground and a launchpad—offering ambitious individuals the platform to sharpen their skills, earn real experience, and step confidently into the next phase of their careers.
