Tasks:

  1. Sign the A$E Outsourcing Agreement.

  2. Provide all required personal documents.

Tasks:

  1. Complete your Onboarding Checklist.

  2. Know your manager. Your Manager is the eBen Sales Account Manager  (SAM) that you will be reporting into and will be prospecting for.

  3. Know the Company. Know more aobut eBen, its Cuture, market presence and products and services.

Tasks:

  1. Know the Process. Understand the Lead Generation and Prospecting.

  2. Understand the Product you are prospecting for. 

  3. Uderstand the Customer. Who should you contact and what is the message you carry.

  1. Try Generating Leads.

  2. Try Prospecting on the phone.
