Onboarding

Partner Onboarding

The eBC Benefits Provider Partner Onboarding Process is a simple flow designed to capture the best of what you can offer to our consumers and present it in the most suitable form that will help you achieve your listing business goals. 

Benefit Listing Process.png

The form is designed to collect your brand information to list your brand as a benefits provider on our benefits platform eBC and define your Supplier Admin. After submitting the form, the Operations team will review and upload your brand information to the eBC Benefits Provider Listing Standards. Please, review the Partner Terms and Conditions for reference. 

The form is designed to collect your products and services information to list as a benefit on our benefits platform eBC. After submitting the form, the Operations Team will review and upload your benefits (products and services) information as per the eBC Benefits Listing Standards. Please, review the Partner Terms and Conditions for reference.

Note: The Operations Team might contact you or your Supplier Administrator to verify the submitted information and collaterals. 

Listing Review

After completing your partner and benefits listing, The Operations Team will request you to set up a zoom meeting to review and approve the listings. 

Publish Your Listings

The Supplier Admin will receive an email from the Operations Team after publishing the Benefit(s). Now your benefit is live on eBC. The Client admin can check the listing details and receive Benefit Claims Fulfillment Orders to their email address. You can review the listing performance using the Supplier Admin dashboard.
